St Helier, Jersey - May 12, 2015, St Helier, Jersey - Asia Ceramics Holdings announced the appointment of Marcus Nicola Paciocco as a non-executive director.

Mr. Paciocco has obtained a Bachelor of Business in Marketing from Swinburne University, a Bachelor of Business in Accounting, and a Bachelor of Business Banking and Finance from Monash University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia.
Between 2001 and 2008 Mr. Paciocco worked for a number of Australian accountancy firms including: SV Partners (formerly CJL Partners), HLB Mann Judd and William Buck (formerly Webb & Co. In 2008 he joined Deloitte in the Cayman Islands as a Senior Consultant.
In 2009 Mr. Paciocco joined FTI Consulting in Shanghai, China where he is currently the Managing Director of the Corporate Finance / Restructuring team.
The company also announced that Alei Duan, a non-executive director, will move to Non-Executive Chairman of the Company with immediate effect replacing Frank Lewis who will now step down.
Mr. Duan has more than 10 years working experience in financial services both in the UK and in China. He is currently managing director of Abridge Capital International Limited, a London-based corporate finance boutique.
From September 2002 to June 2006, Mr. Duan worked for a leading British financial service group – Nationwide Building Society as Senior Risk Consultant, where he was responsible for group margin forecast. From October 1993 to January 1996, he worked for China Communication Bank.
Mr. Duan obtained an MSc in Business and Economic Forecasting from Kingston University, UK and a PhD from Anglia Ruskin University, UK.
Mr. Lewis has more than 25 years of experience in listed and unlisted companies. He has held a number of board positions as chairman, non-executive director, chief executive officer and finance director both in the UK and abroad with growing mid-market companies.
Mr. Lewis started as an IT entrepreneur in South Africa where he co-founded Computer Warehouse, a computer retailer, which he took from start-up to a listing on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. He is currently the non-executive chairman of AIM company, China Evoline Plc. ■
