Mr. Condit's career at Boeing spanned more than 35 years where he served for eight years as Chairman and CEO. Under Condit’s leadership, mergers and acquisitions transformed Boeing into a global, industry leading enterprise.
Mr. Condit served on the board of Hewlett-Packard Company, was chairman of the Business Roundtable, and was co-chairman of the Trans Atlantic Business Council. Elected a member of the National Academy of Engineering in 1985, he is also an honorary fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society and an honorary fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics.
Mr. Condit also has chaired the NASA Advisory Council's Aeronautics Advisory Committee.
Mr. Kelly is a Silicon Valley attorney with a long track record of representing innovative companies. Most recently, he was a Democratic candidate for Attorney General of California in the June 2010 primary election.
Previously, as the first Chief Privacy Officer, General Counsel, and Head of Global Public Policy for Facebook, Mr. Kelly worked with Attorneys General in all 50 states to develop safeguards to protect children and represented the company in complex situations involving privacy and intellectual property in the digital age.
As a policy advisor for President Clinton, Mr. Kelly advanced critical domestic programs in education, public safety, health, and the environment.
Mr. Thompson is a distinguished Washington, DC and New York based attorney, former Federal Trade Commissioner (USA), and current Advisory Board Member and Consultant to Facebook.
Mr. Thompson served as a Commissioner on the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) in the US from December 1997 until August 2004. He was one of five Commissioners, nominated by the President and confirmed by the Senate to enforce federal antitrust and consumer protection laws.
During his tenure at the FTC, Mr. Thompson worked in all areas of agency responsibility, but had notable leadership roles in the areas of international consumer protection, high technology, media and communications, online privacy and financial services, intellectual property and competition, and newly deregulated industries. He is internationally recognized for his expertise in these fields. ■
