Ausnutria director Yuk Tong Chan resigns

Mr. Chan became Ausnutria Dairy's independent non-executive Director on September 19, 2009. He has over 22 years in auditing, accounting, managerial and financial consultation experience. He is also the executive director, non-executive director, independent non-executive director or director of many publicly listed companies.
Mr. Chan graduated from the University of Newcastle in Australia with a bachelor's degree in Commerce, and from The Chinese University of Hong Kong with a master's degree in business administration.
Mr. Chan is a practising fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of CPA Australia. He was an audit principal at Ernst & Young and a finance director and sales director at G2000 (Apparel) Limited in 2000.
The company announced that Chun Fai Douglas Lau has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, a member and the chairman of both the Audit committee and the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee.
Mr. Lau has over 18 years of experience in auditing, accounting and financial and corporate management.
Before joining the Group, Mr. Lau was a partner at Ernst & Young (Assurance and Advisory Business Services) Hong Kong and Beijing and a regional director (China and Hong Kong) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in English and Wales.
