Aviall promotes Edward P. Dolanski to CEO

Dallas, Tx., USA - August 12, 2013, Dallas, Tx., USA - Aviall, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Boeing Company, announced that Edward P. Dolanski has been named president and chief executive officer.

Mr. Dolanski joined Aviall in 2007 as senior vice president of operations and was promoted to executive vice president and chief operating officer in January 2010. As executive vice president and COO, he was responsible for Aviall's day-to-day business, including operations, information technology and sales.

Prior to joining Aviall, Mr. Dolanski spent seven years with Raytheon. During this time he served as vice president of mission support and chief information officer of Raytheon Network Centric Systems defense division, vice president of aftermarket businesses and customer support for Raytheon Aircraft division and vice president and CIO at Raytheon Aircraft Integration Systems defense division.
