Bernard S. Zen-Ruffinen joins Korn/Ferry

Mr. Zen-Ruffinen holds a degree in international economics and contemporary history from the Graduate Institute of International Studies, University of Geneva, Switzerland.

Before joining the talent management industry, Zen-Ruffinen held executive positions at several companies conducting business inEurope,Latin America andSoutheast Asia.

He holds a degree in International Economics and Contemporary History from the Graduate Institute of International Studies, University of Geneva, Switzerland.

Mr. Zen-Ruffinen specializes in assignments covering senior management positions in the supply chain function, including Six Sigma and other quality control functions.

He was President of the International Division of Brach Van Houten, the chocolate and candy company belonging to the Klaus Jacobs Holding Group, which operates out of Chicago with distribution reaching into Southeast Asia, Latin America and Europe.

He was President and CEO of Danzas Latin America, a division of the Deutsche Post World Net group, one of the world's largest third-party logistics service providers.

Mr. Zen-Ruffinen held the position of Director of European Purchasing of Kraft Jacobs Suchard, a member of the Philip Morris group of companies. His responsibilities covered the merging and management of the European purchasing organizations of the fast-expanding food group.
