Sao Paulo, Brazil - BHG S.A. - Brazil Hospitality Group announces the replacement of the current CEO of BHG, Pieter Jacobus Franciscus Van Voorst Vader, with Eduardo Bartolomeo, effective July 30, 2013.

Mr. Van Voorst Vader served as the Chief Executive Officer and Member of Board of Executive Officers at BHG SA Brazil Hospitality Group.
Mr. Van Voorst Vader serves as the President, Investor Relations Officer and Chief Executive Officer at LAHotels S.A.
He served as the Chief Executive Officer at Brazil Fast Food Corp. from March 1996 to December 2002.
He served as the Chief Executive Officer of UHF Incorporated since August 11, 2011 and also served as its President from August 11, 2011 to October 26, 2011.
Mr. Van Voorst Vader served as a Secretary and President of Brazil Fast Food Corp.
Prior to that, since 1995, Mr. Van Voorst Vader was an Independent Business Consultant.
From 1992 to 1995, he served as a Retail Sales Manager for Shell Nederland Verkoopmaatschappij B.V., overseeing the operations of 800 gas stations.
From 1985 to 1992, Mr. Van Voorst Vader held several positions with Shell Brasil S.A., including sales promotion manager, marketing communications manager and retail development manager.
From 1983 to 1985, he was employed by Shell International Petroleum Company as regional brand and communications assistant for Africa, the Middle East, the Far East and South America.
From 1980 to 1983, Mr. Van Voorst Vader served as a Commercial Assistant for Shell Italia.
He serves as a Member of Advisory Board at BHG Modal Fundo de Investimento em Participaçoes em Hotelaria.
He served as a Director of Brazil Fast Food Corp. since 1996. He served as a Director of UHF Incorporated since August 11, 2011.
He was member of the board of directors of Golden Tulip Hotels.
Mr. Van Voorst Vader received a B.S. in Hotel Management from both the Hogere Hotel School in The Hague, Holland and Florida International University.
Mr. Van Voorst Vader has a Masters degree in International Business from Florida International University.
From 2007 to 2011, he was a member of the Executive Board of Vale, in charge of the Logistics, Sustainability, Project Management and Integrated Operations areas.
He has recently returned to Brazil after a period of graduate studies at MIT in the United States.
He has extensive experience leading large organizations in complex and competitive industries, as well as a recognized track record of achieving objectives and delivering results. ■
