Dr. Finley has more than 30 years of Aerospace & Defense Industry experience and most recently served three years as the US Department of Defense (DoD) Deputy Undersecretary for Acquisition and Technology. His experience spans air, land, sea and space programs for the DoD as well as includes major programs with the Federal Aviation Administration and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration.
Prior to DoD, Dr. Finley was a General Dynamics Corporate Vice President, President of Information Systems and chaired the Corporate Business Development Council. Previous executive and management positions were held with United Technologies, Singer, Lear Siegler and General Electric.
Dr. Finley's education background includes an Honorary Doctorate in Engineering, MBA and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
