Capita chairman Martin Bolland to step down

London, United Kingdom - Capita plc, a business process management and outsourcing company, announced that its chairman Martin Bolland wants to stand down by December 31, 2016, or on the earlier appointment of a successor.

Mr. Bolland joined the Board in March 2008 and became Chairman on January 1, 2010. A Chartered Accountant, he previously held a number of senior operational positions within the Lonrho Group and was also a founder and partner of Alchemy Partners for 11 years.
