Cascadia Consumer Electronics names Di Deng as president, CEO

Vancouver, BC, Canada - Cascadia Consumer Electronics Corp., a hardware and software developer, announced the appointment of Di Deng as the president, chief executive officer and a director.

Mr. Deng serves as a director of Asia Digital Asset Finance Association and a director of China Institute of Industrial Cluster of Tsinghua University.

He is the investment adviser in block-chain production for Cherubic Venture, and the founder of the Yuanbaohui.

Mr. Deng graduated from Tsinghua University (Beijing, China) in 2003.

He is a founder of several companies and is holding more than 30 patents in cloud computing.

He was awarded the title of cloud computing expert by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) of China in 2013.

The company also announced that Ying Zhou as the chief financial officer of the company.

Mr. Zhou has 30 years of business experience in China and Canada.

Since 2008, he has switched his focus to corporate finance and public company operations, and served as a director and chief executive officer for various public companies.

Mr. Zhou obtained a bachelor of science degree in engineering physics at Tsinghua University in 1983.

The company also announced that Shanshan Zhu was appointed as a director of the company, effective immediately.

Ms. Zhu joined Air China Ltd. in August, 2006, and has since served in the international sector.
