Allen Capsuto has more then 30 yeas of experience in both national and international business. Allen has an extensive and diversified background as a professional, executive management, principal owner and Board of Director. Mr. Capsuto is also the Trustee for a Liquidating Trust and, also, currently a member of the Board of Directors of QualServ Corp. and Euramax International, Inc. He has held executive officer, Trustee and management positions with Magnatrax Corp., Magnatrax Shareholders Liquidating Trust, EquipMD Inc., IMI Inc., OSI Corp., Purolator Courier LTD. and Federal Express Corp.
Naveen Bhatia is a private investor. Previously, Mr. Bhatia was a Co-Founder and Portfolio Manager of Eagle Lake Capital, a private investment partnership focused on value investing across the capital structure. Prior to Eagle Lake, Mr. Bhatia was a member of the Restructuring Group at Rothschild, a global investment bank.
Thomas Bosley has extensive executive management experience including serving as the SVP, Network Services and Operations, for Worldcom and COO of TSI. Mr. Bosley's career has spanned the full range of disciplines and responsibilities including managing turnarounds and creating entrepreneurial companies both in the United States and internationally.
Keith Paglusch has executive management experience focused on both the domestic and international front in management, marketing, engineering, operations, supply chain, IT and human resources. His experience in telecom includes senior leadership positions in wireless, wireline, hosting, tower leasing, construction, and professional services at Southwestern Bell, Mountain Bell AT&T, Sprint, Global Signal, Winstream Communications, and Movida Communications. He has had experience with companies in both the public and private sector including start-up operations. He is currently EVP Deployment at Open Range Communications and a principal at Leadergy Catalyst.
Pete Bell has extensive experience providing remediation, reconstruction and disaster relief and clean up services in the United States, the Caribbean Basin, Mexico and Canada. Mr. Bell is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Cotton Commercial USA. Mr. Bell also formed and serves on the Board of the Cotton Foundation, which assists children with disabilities. Mr. Bell's previous experience is with Blackman Mooring Steamatic.
Bradley Scher, Chairman of the Audit Committee, is an experienced financial advisor, restructuring officer and portfolio manager in assisting investors and companies relative to operations, strategy development and developing restructuring plans. He is currently the Managing Member of Ocean Ridge Capital Advisors, LLC. Mr. Scher has previous executive management and Managing Director experience with PPM America Inc, Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America, The Travelers Company and Chemical Bank. ■
