Indianapolis, In., USA - November 4, 2010, Indianapolis, In., USA - Celadon Group, a provider of long-haul freight services, announced changes to its executive team, effective immediately.

Paul Will has been appointed Vice Chairman, President, and Chief Operating Officer.
Mr. Will was appointed Vice Chairman of Celadon in August 2007 and has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since December 1998.
He also currently serves as Treasurer and Assistant Secretary.
Mr. Will joined Celadon in 1993 as Controller. Mr. Will has more than 20 years of experience in accounting and finance.
A graduate of Indiana University, he spent several years working in public accounting for KPMG prior to joining Celadon.
Mr. Will is a certified public accountant and serves on the board of Celadon and the American Trucking Associations' National Accounting and Finance Council (NAFC).
In 2006, he was recognized as being “Indiana’s Best and Brightest†in Accounting among professionals age 40 and under.
Chris Hines has been appointed Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
Mr. Hines was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer in July 2007.
He had previously served on the board of directors since July 2006.
Mr. Hines is past President of GE Capital's TIP Trailer Services where he directed 125 branches and 1,100 employees representing annualized revenue of $450 million.
While working in various positions with TIP for 16 years, he was also responsible for building a national account network, an asset financing operation, a mobile maintenance business, and an integrated trailer remarketing unit.
Most recently, Mr. Hines was CEO of Tripmaster Corp., an onboard computer and asset management company primarily serving the trucking industry.
He has also served on the Truckload Carriers Association (TCA) Board of Directors since 2001 and is a past board member and council leader of the Truck Rental and Leasing Association (TRALA).
He has received a lifetime achievement award from the American Trucking Associations (ATA).
Jonathan Russell has been named President of the Company’s asset-light business units, which include TruckersB2B, Celadon Dedicated Logistics, and the Company’s truckload brokerage and cross-border LTL business between the United States and Mexico.
Mr. Russell was appointed to the position of Executive Vice President of Logistics in August 2007. He also serves as President of TruckersB2B, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Celadon Group, a position he has held since May 2003.
Prior to his position as President of TruckersB2B, Mr. Russell served with TruckersB2B as Chief Operating Officer from May 2002 to April 2003, and Vice President of Operations from May 2000 to April 2002.
Before joining TruckersB2B in May 2000, Mr. Russell had been a Vice President in the Global Corporate Investment Bank of Citigroup for six years.
While at Citigroup, he was responsible for the management of their New York Treasury non-dollar fixed-income portfolio.
Mr. Russell has previously been selected by the Indianapolis Business Journal for its annual 'Forty Under 40.'
The recognition is for local business and professional leaders who have achieved success before the age of 40.
The Company also announced promotions in the finance and accounting department and division of the Chief Financial Officer role into separate Principal Accounting Officer and Principal Financial Officer positions.
Bart Middleton has been appointed Vice President and Principal Accounting Officer.
Mr. Middleton graduated from Indiana University in 1993 with a bachelor's degree in business.
Prior to joining Celadon, Mr. Middleton worked as an auditor for Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Middleton is a CPA.
Eric Meek has been appointed Vice President, Treasurer, and Principal Financial Officer.
Mr. Meek graduated from Franklin College in 2002 with a bachelor's degree in accounting. ■
