Cesca Therapeutics names Robin Stracey as CFO

Rancho Cordova, Ca., USA - June 15, 2015, Rancho Cordova, Ca., USA - Cesca Therapeutics Inc., an autologous cell-based regenerative medicine company, announced the appointment of Robin C. Stracey as chief executive officer.

Mr. Stracey was appointed to the Board of Directors of Cesca Therapeutics in July 2011 and will remain a member of the Board. On October 29, 2014, the Company announced that Mr. Stracey had been appointed to serve as Interim CEO.

Mr. Stracey became Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of Integrated Fluidics, Inc., a privately-held microfluidics company. From December 2007 to April 2012 he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Cantimer Incorporated, a privately-held company.

From November 2003 to March 2007, he was Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of Applied Imaging Corporation, a publicly-traded, computer-aided diagnostics company that is now part of Danaher Corporation.

Previously, Mr. Stracey was the Vice President and General Manager of a Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry business unit of Thermo Electron Corporation, now Thermo Fisher Scientific, a supplier of laboratory equipment and reagents to life scientists.

He also served as a Corporate Vice President at Dade Behring Inc., a supplier of clinical diagnostic products that is now part of Siemens Healthcare.
