CFO Mark David Clark to step down from MyCelx Technologies

Gainesville, Ga., USA - August 21, 2015, Gainesville, Ga., USA - MyCelx Technologies Corporation, a clean water technology company, announced that its CFO Mark David Clark intends to step down from his position and the board on September 1, 2015.

Mr. Clark joined MyCelx in 2011 as the Corporate Controller and now serves as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining MyCelx, he was Head of Management Reporting and Financial Systems at Invesco.

Mr. Clark served in several finance roles during his 14 year career with Invesco, including managing the global implementation of Sarbanes Oxley. Before his tenure with Invesco, he was an auditor with Arthur Anderson. Mark holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Louisiana – Monroe.

Kimberly Slayton will act as Interim Chief Financial Officer upon Mr. Clark's departure.
