Chairman Hasan Abdullah Ismaik resigns from Depa

Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Depa Limited, a contrator for luxury projects, announced that Hasan Abdullah Ismaik resigned from his position as non-executive chairman and board member.

Mr. Ismaik is the Managing Director & CEO of Arabtec Holding PJSC and Chairman of Arabtec Construction.

He is also a Member of the Board of Arabtec Holding PJSC.

He is the founder and Chairman of Abu Dhabi-based HAMG Group, which includes Marya Development and Real Estate Investment, Marya Investments and HAMG General Trading.

Mr. Ismaik is also Chairman of Al-Ashmal Real-Estate Investment Co. in Jordan, and Hirmas Investments Group.

He heads a diversified investment portfolio that spans several sectors, including energy, real estate, construction, transportation, and architectural design services.

Mr. Ismaik started his career as an entrepreneur and now sits on the boards of various prominent UAE private companies.
