China Green Agriculture announces new board member

Xi'an, China - February 11, 2010, Xi'an, China - China Green Agriculture announced that Robert B. Fields has been appointed to its board of directors.

Mr. Fields currently serves as the Chairman of ActForex, Inc., a New York-based fully hosted management service provider of proprietary software for currency trading with over 20,000 registered traders, since 2001. Since April 25, 2008, Mr. Fields has served on the Board of Directors and as a member of the Audit Committee and Compensation Committee for SkyPeople Fruit Juice, Inc. (Amex), a processor and manufacturer of concentrated kiwifruit, apple, pear and other fruit juices and fruit products in China.

In June 2000 Mr. Fields was appointed to the Board of Statmon Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB), an emerging wireless and remote site infrastructure management solution provider, and continues to serve on that board as well as to serve as Chairman of Statmon's Audit Committee. From June 2005 through May 31, 2006, Mr. Fields served on the Board of Directors and as Chairman of the Audit Committee of Genoil Inc. (OTCBB), which develops innovative hydrocarbon, oil and water separation, and marine technologies for the oil and gas and commercial marine industries.

From 1999 to 2002, Mr. Fields was Executive Advisor to Laidlaw Global Corp. (AMEX). From 1997 to 1998, Mr. Fields served as Vice Chairman and, from 1997 to 1999, as a director of Laidlaw Ship Funding Ltd.
