Philadelphia, Pa., USA - September 12, 2014, Philadelphia, Pa., USA - Comcast Corporation announced a series of corporate officer-level promotions and a new hire.
Prior to joining Comcast, he served as Legal Advisor to FCC Commissioner Jonathan S. Adelstein and Legislative Counsel on telecommunications and media issues to U.S. Senator Frank Lautenberg (D-NJ).
Lindsey Dickinson and Sam Lancaster have both been promoted to Vice President of Legislative Affairs.
Ms. Dickinson previously served as Executive Director of Federal Government Affairs for Comcast Corporation.
Prior to joining Comcast she served as Legislative Counsel for U.S. Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison (R-TX) and Special Assistant to Secretary of Commerce, Don Evans.
She also served as Director of the U.S. Department of Commerce’s International Trade Administration, Office of Advisory Committees and as Senior Advisor to Deputy Secretary of Commerce, Ted Kassinger.
Mr. Lancaster previously served as Executive Director of Federal Government Affairs for Comcast Corporation.
In addition, he worked on Capitol Hill for 19 years for former Speaker of the House, J. Dennis Hastert. During his tenure with Speaker Hastert, he served in various roles including House Floor Assistant, Director of Speaker Operations, and Chief of Staff.
David Don has been promoted to Vice President of Regulatory Policy, and Jordan Goldstein has been promoted to Vice President of Regulatory Affairs.
Mr. Don previously served as Executive Director of Regulatory and Public Affairs for Comcast Corporation and has worked extensively on the FCC’s public policy and spectrum allocation policies for almost 20 years.
Mr. Goldstein previously served as Executive Director of Regulatory Affairs.
Prior to joining Comcast, he was Vice President of Federal Regulatory Affairs for NeuStar, Inc., Senior Legal Advisor to FCC Commissioner Michael J. Copps, and Legal Advisor to FCC Commissioner Susan Ness.
Julie Laine has been hired as Vice President, Chief Transaction Compliance Officer and Senior Deputy General Counsel.
Mr. Laine previously spent 13 years at Time Warner Cable Inc., most recently in the position of Group Vice President & Chief Counsel, Regulatory. ■
