Condoto Platinum appoints Andrew Johnstone as non-executive director

West Perth, Australia - November 23, 2012, West Perth, Australia - Condoto Platinum, a platinum and gold company, announced the appointment of Andrew Johnstone as a non-executive director.

Mr. Johnstone has previously held senior management positions at a number of companies including Discovery Metals Limited and Gulf Industrials Limited. During the 1990's, he worked at BHP and the Northern Territory Geological Survey. Mr. Johnstone is a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists (MAIG) and a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia (FFin). He is currently a Non-Executive Director of Bora Bora Resources and Managing Director of NuPower Resources.

Mr. Johnstone has a B.SC (Hon) Economic Geology and Geophysics from the University of Tasmania and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia.

The company also announced that Brian Thomas has resigned as a Non-Executive Director.

Mr. Thomas is a geologist and mineral economist with extensive experience as both an executive and non-executive director with small to mid market companies. He was previously in a senior business development role with a major Australian bank, which followed a period with a global investment banking group.
