Corey Luskin new managing director at England & Company

Washington, D.C., USA - July 29, 2013, Washington, D.C., USA - England & Company, a middle-market merchant bank, announced that Corey Luskin has joined the firm as a managing director in its Technology Investment Banking Group.

Mr. Luskin has more than 20 years of experience in investment banking and corporate development. Prior to joining England, he was an investment banker focused on technology and financial services companies at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein (formerly Wasserstein Perella) and Smith Barney, as well as Landmark Ventures and the Garros Group, where he was a member of the founding team.

In addition to his advisory experience, Mr. Luskin served as Senior Vice President for Corporate Development for the BISYS Group, and as Vice President of Corporate Development for Innodata, where he led the firm's acquisition and strategic investment initiatives.
