Milton Keynes, United Kingdom - February 3, 2014, Milton Keynes, United Kingdom - Domino's Pizza Group plc announced that David Wild, senior non-executive director, has been appointed as interim chief executive.

Mr. Wild will be in an Executive capacity for a temporary period until two months after a new Chief Executive is appointed and will temporarily relinquish his role as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.
Mr. Wild is Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and member of the Nomination Committee. He is also Senior Independent Director of the remuneration committee at Premier Foods plc. He has previously held senior positions at Halfords Group plc, Walmart Stores Inc., Tesco Stores Plc and RHM Foods Limited.
Lance Batchelor, the current CEO, will work alongside David to effect a handover until March 16, 2014 when he will leave Domino's.
Mr. Batchelor joined the Board as a Non-Executive Director whilst the Chief Executive Officer of Tesco Telecoms and Mobile. He has previously held senior roles at Vodafone Group plc, Amazon.com and Procter & Gamble.
Mr. Batchelor started his career with The Royal Navy where he served as a Submarine Warfare Officer, after which he completed his MBA at Harvard Business School.
In recognition of the temporary Executive role for Mr. Wild, Michael Shallow will be reappointed the Senior Independent Director with immediate effect.
Mr. Shallow was appointed to the Board in 2006 and is Chairman of the Audit Committee. He is Chairman of the Audit Committee and Senior Independent Director of the Company. He is also a Non-Executive Director of Britvic plc and has worked in the food and drinks sector for the past 15 years. He was previously the Finance Director for Greene King plc.
The company also confirmed the appointment of Ebbe Jacobsen as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.
Mr. Jacobsen has wide experience of operating in Germany and other European countries, most recently with Delsey. He has been in retail all his life and has pan-EU retail knowledge with significant experience in franchising, multi-site and single brand retail. ■
