Textor has resigned as CEO, chairman and a member of the board of directors and from all positions as an officer and director with all subsidiaries of DDMG, effective September 6, 2012.

Mr. Textor serves as Managing Principal at Wyndcrest Holdings, LLC. Mr. Textor founded Wyndcrest Holdings, LLC in 1997. In connection with the firm, Mr. Textor often holds positions of leadership within Wyndcrest portfolio companies.
Mr. Textor has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Digital Domain Media Group, Inc. since January 2009. Since 2002, he has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of BabyUniverse, Inc. Mr. Textor also served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Sims Snowboards. He was a Founding Director of a Lydian Trust Company / Virtual Bank.com. Prior to Wyndcrest, he was jointly responsible for strategic planning and corporate finance for the Michael Swerdlow Companies.
Previously, he was employed in the New York investment-banking group of Shearson Lehman Hutton. Mr. Textor served as the Co-Chairman of the Board Digital Domain Productions, Inc.(also known as Digital Domain, Inc). He is a Director of Multicast Media Networks, Inc. Mr. Textor earned a B.A. degree in Economics at Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut.
Long-time Digital Domain executive Edward J. Ulbrich has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer of Digital Domain Productions.
Mr. Ulbrich serves as Chief Creative Officer and President of Mothership at Digital Domain Media Group, Inc. Mr. Ulbrich has been the President of Commercials Division and an Executive Vice President for Digital Domain Productions, Inc. since October 2006. He served as Senior Vice President of Commercials and Music Videos of Digital Domain, Inc., from 1996 to October 2006.
Mr. Ulbrich executive produced the Academy Award-winning visual effects for Titanic and What Dreams May Come, and Fight Club, Zodiac and Adaptation; music videos for The Rolling Stones, Michael Jackson, Nine Inch Nails, and other artists; 500+ commercials for clients including Heineken, American Express, Coca-Cola, BMW, and Microsoft; and location based entertainment.
Prior to joining Digital Domain, Mr. Ulbrich served as a commercial producer at the Leo Burnett Company and a digital artist at the National Center for Supercomputing Applications. In 2007, Mr. Ulbrich was named to the Creativity 50 - top innovators in advertising and design. He serves as President of the Board of Directors of the Association of Independent Commercial Producers Digital Chapter and a member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Independent Commercial Producers. ■
