Thomas C. Bogle is a member of the financial services group and is resident in the firm's Washington office. He regularly advises investment companies, fund boards of directors, investment management companies, and other financial institutions on a wide variety of corporate, regulatory, and enforcement matters. He also is actively engaged in the firm's anti-money laundering practice. Mr. Bogle is a graduate of The George Washington University (1998) and Tulane University School of Law (2001).
Kevin F. Cahill is a member of the financial services group and is resident in the firm's Newport Beach office. He regularly advises mutual funds, closed-end investment companies, investment advisers, hedge funds, offshore funds, and fund boards of directors on a wide variety of corporate, regulatory, and enforcement matters. Mr. Cahill is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (1997) and the University of San Diego School of Law (2001).
Brian E. Greer is a member of the firm's business restructuring and reorganization group and is resident in the New York office. He has substantial experience in complex out-of-court and in-court restructuring matters. His practice focuses on the representation of domestic and foreign debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, creditors' committees, equity sponsors, senior management, financial advisors, and purchasers, sellers, and lenders in distressed M&A transactions. Mr. Greer is a graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook (1995) and Hofstra University School of Law (1998).
Eric S. Siegel is a member of the corporate and securities group and resident in the Philadelphia office. He represents strategic buyers and sellers as well as financial sponsors and their portfolio companies in M&A transactions. He also advises new and seasoned issuers as well as major investment banks in connection with securities offerings of equity and debt. Mr. Siegel is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (1997) and Harvard Law School (2001). ■
