Digital Barriers promotes Bernie Waldron to senior independent director

Mr. Waldron was appointed a Non-Executive Director of Digital Barriers July 1, 2012, and he is the Chairman of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees and serves on the Audit Committee. He has more than 30 years experience in the global technology marketplace including positions as Director of Strategy for IBM Corporation, General Manager of IBM's Industrial Sector business for Europe, Middle East and Africa, and Executive Chairman of the former Maersk Data Group of companies.
