Duke Energy appoints Michael Callahan as South Carolina president

Greenville, S.C., USA - Duke Energy, an electric power holding company, announced Michael Callahan is new South Carolina state president.

Mr. Callahan joined Duke Energy in 2002.

Prior to joining Duke Energy, Mr. Callahan was a senior consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Mr. Callahan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and a Master of Business of Administration degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
