Dyadic International announces key leadership promotions

Anne E. Whitehead as is new Executive Director of Strategic Alliances. Ms. Whitehead brings to Dyadic a high level of legal, financial and strategic expertise coupled with an extensive network of contacts from her 20 years of active participation in the New York business and legal communities.

Ms. Whitehead began her career at the law firm, Shearman & Sterling LLP, where she specialized in international law representing major multi-national clients in a wide range of transactions. She later worked for five years with the law firm, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where she specialized in mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining Dyadic, Ms. Whitehead provided consulting services to clients on international strategic matters and project finance transactions Ms. Whitehead holds a B.A. degree in political science from Stanford University and a law degree from The George Washington University.

Thomas M. O'Shaughnessy is new Vice President Sales & Marketing. Mr. O'Shaughnessy brings to Dyadic over 20 years of sales, marketing and business development experience in the chemical industry. Mr. O'Shaughnessy began his career with the General Electric Company where he spent 12 years in various sales and marketing positions of increasing responsibility and leadership.

Mr. O'Shaughnessy later worked for six years at Occidental Chemical Corporation, the sixth largest chemical operation in the United States. For the past eight years prior to joining Dyadic, Mr. O'Shaughnessy has served as the Global Business Manager for Hexion Specialty Chemicals (formerly Borden Chemical), the world's largest producer of thermosetting resins, performance adhesives, UV-curable coatings and the building-block chemical formaldehyde for various wood and industrial markets.

Mr. O'Shaughnessy is Six Sigma certified and earned a B.S. degree in computer sciences with a minor in marketing from Plattsburgh State University.

Richard H. Jundzil is new Vice President of Operations. Mr. Jundzil has served as Dyadic's Director of Development & Quality since September 2008 and has held various laboratory, quality and regulatory positions of increasing responsibility since joining Dyadic in August 2003.
