Houston, Tx., USA - August 5, 2010, Houston, Tx., USA - eCORP International, an operator of natural gas storages, announced that Malcolm Butler, Charles Stern and Joaquin Fernandez de Cordova Hohenlohe have been named to new positions.

Malcolm Butler has been named Chief Operating Officer for the Company, in addition to continuing to serve as its Managing Director – Europe.
Mr. Butler, recognized for his contribution to the oil and gas industry, received his PhD in Geology from Bristol University. Mr. Butler has worked as an international explorationist and served in various administrative capacities within the oil and gas business including Chief Executive Officer for companies in the UK, US and Canada.
In addition to his many years of direct involvement in the oil and gas industry, Mr. Butler has served as Advisory Director to HSBC Investment Bank and Senior Advisor to Seymour Pierce Limited.
Charles W. Stern has been named a Managing Director of the Company and will serve as the Global Head of Partnerships in the office of the Chairman and CEO.
Mr. Stern continues to serve as Managing Director of Business Development with Thrash Interests, LLC, a related company.
Mr. Stern enjoys extensive worldwide relationships and has participated in the successful launch, turn around and enhancement of a variety of businesses over the past 20 years.
Mr. Stern co-founded Milling & Stern, LLC, a fine art advisory firm; directed Strategic Initiatives for Longue Vue Foundation, an internationally acclaimed National Landmark property; and was Manager of the International Business Department at the World Trade Center New Orleans.
Mr. Stern currently serves as a Director of Mermentau Mineral & Land Co.
Joaquin Fernandez De Cordova Hohenlohe. Having provided valued Consulting services to eCORP for almost a year, Mr. Fernandez de Cordova Hohenlohe was recently named eCORP's Director of International Business Development.
Mr. Fernandez de Cordova Hohenlohe has extensive international business experience in a variety of industries, advising international businesses in the Middle East, South America, Europe, Africa and Asia. ■
