Danvers, Mass., USA - April 28, 2015, Danvers, Mass., USA - Eliza Corporation, a health engagement management company, announced the appointment of Chris Couch to senior vice president of service delivery.

Mr. Couch is joining the Company with more than twenty-five years of healthcare operations and technology experience, most notably in disease management, program and project management, and consulting services.
Prior to joining Eliza, Mr. Couch led Delivery and Operations for Arcadia Healthcare Solutions, a health information technology and analytics firm with a focus on the ambulatory provider. He also led Client Services, Project Management and IT Operations for Health Dialog, a pioneer in disease management and population management programs focusing on chronic conditions.
Earlier he served as Chief Operating Officer for a business unit of PAREXEL, a contract clinical trials company, as well as an electronic medical record company.
Mr. Couch has a BA degree in Economics from Carleton College, and MBA with Highest Distinction from Harvard Business School.
John Puopolo was named Senior Vice President of Engineering, bringing over twenty-five years of experience building and streamlining technology, infrastructure and systems in the software, e-commerce and cloud computing arenas.
Mr. Puopolo joined Eliza from Best Doctors where he was Senior Vice President of Technology. Prior, he held the role of Chief Technology Officer at ViewDo Labs (formerly Axceler), a provider of enterprise social network analytics and governance tools, and at RapidBuyr (merged with Reach Analytics), a business-to-business, deal-of-the-day e-commerce website.
Mr. Puopolo also held senior engineering roles at Tele Atlas (acquired by TomTom), FAST (acquired by Microsoft), Narrative Communication (acquired by Excite@Home), Lotus (acquired by IBM), Mellon Bank and Fidelity Investments. Mr. Puopolo has authored and published two books entitled Writing Ole/ActiveX Controls and The F# Survival Guide. ■
