EnCore Energy appoints Scott Davis as CFO

Vancouver, BC, Canada - August 7, 2015, Vancouver, BC, Canada - EnCore Energy Corp., a uranium company, announced that it has appointed Scott Davis at chief financial officer.

Mr. Davis is a partner of Cross Davis & Company LLP Chartered Professional Accountants. His experience includes CFO positions of several companies listed on the TSX Venture Exchange and his past experience consists of senior management positions, including four years at Appleby as an assistant financial controller.

Prior to that, Mr. Davis spent two years at Davidson & Company LLP Chartered Accountants as an auditor and five years with Pacific Opportunity Capital Ltd. as an accounting manager.

Timothy P. Leybold has resigned his position of CFO.

Mr. Leybold is a seasoned financial executive with more than 20 years of experience who presently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Till Capital Ltd and Till’s predecessor, Americas Bullion Royalty Corp. He is also the Chair of Resource Re Ltd, a subsidiary of Till Capital and is a member of the Resource Re Investment Committee.

Mr. Leybold previously served as the Chief Financial Officer for Gold Canyon Mining & Construction in Reno, Nevada and ICO Global Communications; a NASDAQ listed company, and Port Blakely Companies; a natural resources and land development company. He has also served as Chief Financial Officer for Coast Crane Company, Port Townsend Paper Corp. and RLC Industries, Inc.

Mr. Leybold graduated maxima cum laud from the University of Portland before beginning his career as a CPA practicing public accounting for eight years with an international audit firm.
