Eric Pikus at Korn/Ferry as global head of consumer and commercial banking

Mr. Pikus earned his bachelor's degree in Political Science from Washington College.

He began his professional career in politics, heavily focused on research and campaign strategies on state and local levels.

Mr. Pikus joins Korn/Ferry from Heidrick & Struggles, where he served as North American Managing Partner of the Diversified Financial Services Practice.

Mr. Pikus has extensive experience in the financial markets and has conducted senior-level search assignments and leadership assessment projects across all aspects of retail and commercial banking, consumer and commercial finance, mortgage banking, credit cards, transaction processing, payments, retail brokerage, investment management and real estate.

Throughout his career, Mr. Pikus has successfully completed high profile Board of Director, CEO, COO, CFO, CCO, CRO, and CMO searches for both regionally-based and globally-focused, Fortune 500 financial services organizations.
