GE Capital Real Estate names president, North America

Fairfield, Conn., USA - May 16, 2014, Fairfield, Conn., USA - General Electric (GE) announces that Bradley J. Trotter has been named president of GE Capital Real Estate - North America.

Mr. Trotter brings 23 years of financial experience and business leadership to the role. For the past three years he has led GE Capital Real Estate in Canada. He joined GE in 1990 through the Canadian Financial Management Program and served on GE’s Corporate Audit Staff. He has held a number of Finance leadership roles with increasing levels of responsibility across GE Capital’s consumer, commercial and real estate divisions in the US and Europe.

Mr. Trotter joined the Real Estate team in the fall of 2008 as the chief financial officer for Europe, based in Paris. He began leading the Canada business in 2011.

Mr. Trotter has a bachelor’s of Commerce (Honors) from Queen’s’ University’s School of Business at Kingston, Canada and a MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management at Evanston, Illinois.
