George Chiladze chief risk officer at Bank of Georgia

London, United Kingdom - July 23, 2013, London, United Kingdom - Bank of Georgia Holdings, the holding company of JSC Bank of Georgia, announced that George Chiladze has been appointed as the chief risk officer, effective September 1, 2013.

Mr. Chiladze has served as Deputy CEO for Finance at Bank of Georgia from 2008 to 2011. After leaving Bank of Georgia in 2011, he joined Partnership Fund in the capacity of Deputy CEO. Prior to joining Bank of Georgia in 2008, he served as General Director of JSC BTA Bank. Prior to returning to Georgia in 2003, Mr. Chiladze worked a Program Trading Desk at Bear Stearns in New York.
