Johannesburg, South Africa - June 11, 2012, Johannesburg, South Africa - Bellzone Mining, an exploration and resource development company, announces the appointment of Glenn Richard Baldwin as its chief executive officer, effective September 3, 2012.

Mr. Baldwin joins the board of Bellzone from Consolidated Minerals Ltd. Mr. Baldwin served as the Chief Operating Officer of Consolidated Minerals Ltd. and was responsible for the Australian and Ghanaian operations and has gained significant experience in project acquisition and development.
Prior to Consolidated Minerals, Mr. Baldwin served as an Executive Vice President of Gold Fields Ltd. since May 1, 2009 and served as its Head of the Australasia Region since March 2009. He has held a variety of technical and senior management positions internationally, building mining skills from hands-on mining experience through to strategic planning. Mr. Baldwin served as Executive Vice President and Head of International Operations of Gold Fields Ltd., since April 2007 and also served as its Head of Australian & West African Operations.
Prior to Gold Fields, Mr. Baldwin served as Chief Operating Officer of Ivanhoe Nickel & Platinum Ltd. He served as Mine General Manager of Messina Platinum Mine at SouthernEra Diamonds Inc. (formerly SouthernEra Resources Ltd.) since January 1, 2004. Mr. Baldwin served as Vice President of Operations at Lonmin Investments Canada Inc. (Formerly, Southern Platinum Corp.) and served as its Mine General Manager since January 1, 2004.
Mr. Baldwin started his career with the Mount Isa Mine in Australia. After four years in various positions, he achieved the position of Senior Planning Engineer at Mount Isa, following which he joined Normandy as Manager of Underground Mining at the Wiluna Gold Mine. Mr. Baldwin served as Senior Mining Engineer of technical division at the Anglo American Group in Johannesburg since 2000.
Mr. Baldwin served as Project Mining Manager of Anglo Platinum since 2002. He served as Mine Manager at Anglo Platinum's Boschfontein East Mine in South Africa since 2003. Mr. Baldwin spent seven years in Australia in operational mining activities in various capacities (technical and managerial). He serves as Director of Consolidated Minerals Ltd. He serves as a Director of Gold Fields La Cima SA. He served as a Non Executive Director of BC Iron Ltd. from April 21, 2010 to November 2011. ■
