Goodyear announces finance leadership changes

Akron, Oh., USA - December 18, 2013, Akron, Oh., USA - The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company announced that it has elected two members of the company’s finance leadership team to new roles, effective January 1, 2014.

Scott Honnold, vice president and treasurer, was elected vice president, Business Development.

Mr. Honnold has been vice president and treasurer since 2010. He joined Goodyear in 2007 as assistant treasurer, Capital Markets and Risk Management. Prior to that, he held financial leadership positions with Saks Incorporated, Books-A-Million and NationsBank.

He earned a bachelor of science degree in finance from Ithaca College and a master of business administration degree from Wake Forest University.

Tom Kaczynski, vice president, Investor Relations, was elected vice president, treasurer & Investor Relations.

Mr. Kaczynski joined Goodyear earlier this year from Affinia Group Inc., where he had been vice president and corporate treasurer since 2005. Prior to that he was director of affiliate financing for Visteon Corporation and previously held a number of management positions at Ford Motor Company.
