Grubb & Ellis: Jeff Majewski new executive managing director

Santa Ana, Ca., USA - April 20, 2010, Santa Ana, Ca., USA - Grubb & Ellis, a global real estate services and investment firm, announced that Jeff Majewski has joined the company as executive managing director, Debt & Equity Finance.

Mr. Majewski joins from CB Richard Ellis, where he served as chief operating officer of the company's Debt & Equity Finance group and senior managing director of CBRE Capital Markets.

During his 20-year tenure with CBRE Capital Markets, which was previously CBRE|Melody and L.J. Melody & Company before the company acquired it in 1996, Mr. Majewski helped CBRE's debt platform grow and expand into one of the nation's largest commercial mortgage brokerage and loan servicing companies.

Prior to joining L.J. Melody in 1990, Mr. Majewski spent three years as corporate controller for the Mischer Corporation, a Houston-based real estate development firm. He began his career in 1984 as an auditor with Arthur Andersen, where he focused on the commercial real estate and banking industries.

Mr. Majewski is a member of the California Mortgage Bankers Association and the Mortgage Bankers Association of America and former member of the organization's Commercial Board of Governors.
