Gulf Bank appoints general manager, consumer banking

Kuwait City, Kuwait - April 11, 2013, Kuwait City, Kuwait - Gulf Bank has announced the appointment of Vikram Issar as general manager of consumer banking.

Mr. Issar joined the Bank in March 2013. He was previously with Standard Chartered Bank in Singapore where he was Chief Operating Officer for Products and Segments and Consumer Finance. Prior to that, Mr.Issar was the Head of the Consumer Bank in Thailand, and before that in Bangladesh.
