Dongying City, China - April 30, 2013, Dongying City, China - HaiKe Chemical Group Limited announced that Julie Yuhui Zhunge Wilson and Dong Sheng Yan has been appointed as a non-executive directors.

Ms. Wilson is presently an audit partner at UHY Hacker Young LLP, having joined the firm in June 2010, and is responsible for the running of their China desk in the United Kingdom.
She was audit partner at Silver Levene and she worked as an auditor and project manager for John Cumming Ross (now part of Baker Tilly), having joined from HSBC Bank plc where she was a financial and regulatory reporting manager at their head office in London.
Ms. Wilson started her career at the London office of Bank of China International (UK) Ltd, where she worked as an Accountant between December 1996 and September 1999.
She is a qualified accountant and chartered tax adviser and holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting and a Masters degree in International Business from South Bank University, London. She will be the Chairman of the Audit Committee.
Mr. Yan has been Chairman and President of the Tianjin Bohai Community Exchange Corporation, China.
Prior to this, he was Vice-President, President, Director, of the Shanghai Petroleum Exchange, a Chief Member of the Bohai Community Exchange Preparatory Team in Tianjin, having previously worked for Shanghai Yidian Holding as a Director of Research, Asset Manager, and latterly, Vice-Director of the Strategy Committee of the Board of Directors. He will be the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.
Mr. Yan's additional roles include Manager of the Investment Department at the Shanghai Industrial Investment and Vice-Director of the Administration Office at the Shanghai Huayi Company.
He began his career at the Medical Insurance Bureau of Shanghai where he was a member of the senior staff.
He holds a Doctorate in System Engineering and a Masters degree in Technical Economics from Shanghai Jiatong University, China, and a Bachelors degree in Management Engineering from Shandong University, China.
The company also announced that James Yuann has stepped down from his role as a Non Executive Director of the Company and Chairman of the Company's Audit and Remuneration Committees.
Mr. Yuann is the Chair of Chief Executive Advisory Board of Vistage, a US based global CEO coaching firm. He is also an adjunct professor in lectures in Fudan University, Shanghai where he lectures Leadership and Business Models Comparison Between Multinational and Local Companies in China in the IMBA program collaboration between MIT (Sloan School of Management) and Fudan.
Prior to joining Vistage China, Mr. Yuann was the President of Asia for Specialty Materials for Honeywell International. He was also the General Manager of Asia for PolyOne Corporation.
Prior to joining PolyOne Corporation, he held various positions with Monsanto and Standard Oil Company (later acquired by BP).
Mr. Yuann has been involved in Asian business since 1984 and was relocated to Hong Kong as Director of Asia by BP Chemical in 1989. He is currently resident in Shanghai.
Mr. Yuann holds a D.Sc. degree in Chemical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, a M.S. in Materials Science from University of Cincinnati and a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from National Taiwan University. ■
