Hill International changes managers in Middle East, Asia

Dubai, United Arab Emirates - April 16, 2010, Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Hill International, a firm for managing construction risk, announced that it has promoted two senior executives in the Project Management Group for Asia/Pacific and Middle East regions.

Abdo E. Kardous has been named Senior Vice President & Managing Director, Asia/Pacific.

He previously held the same title for Hill's Middle East region.

Mr. Kardous has over 25 years of construction management experience and he will be responsible for overseeing all of Hill's project management operations in the Asia/Pacific region.

Mr. Kardous has a B.S. in civil engineering from the University of Maryland and an M.S. in civil engineering from the University of California at Berkeley.

Mohammed Al Rais has been named Senior Vice President & Managing Director, Middle East.

He previously was Senior Vice President in charge of Hill's Start-Up and Compliance Group.

Mr. Al Rais has over 30 years of construction management experience and will be responsible for overseeing all of Hill's project management operations in the Middle East region.
