Ibrahim Belselah and Patrick Choffel joined Rothschild Middle East

United Arab Emirates - June 1, 2009, United Arab Emirates - Rothschild announced that Ibrahim Belselah and Patrick Choffel have joined Rothschild Middle East as Senior Advisers.

Mr. Belselah has spent over eighteen years working for the Government of Dubai. During his time with the Government, he held the position of Director of Finance for the Dubai Municipality and led the issuance of the U.A.E.'s first government bond in 2003. Mr. Belselah was also the general co-ordinator for "Dubai 2003", which included the annual meeting of the World Bank and IMF: an event that significantly increased the international awareness and investment profile of Dubai and the broader G.C.C. economies. Mr. Belselah continues to be active on the boards of various companies and financial institutions in the U.A.E and brings with him a depth of knowledge and access across the region.
