Icontrol Networks appoints two smart home industry veterans

Redwood City, Ca., USA - April 29, 2015, Redwood City, Ca., USA - Icontrol Networks, an interactive security and home automation platform, appoints two senior executives to its expanding leadership team.

Letha McLaren will lead Icontrol’s product and marketing initiatives as chief marketing officer.

Formerly serving as the vice president of product management at Icontrol, Ms. McLaren has more than 15 years of diverse marketing, product development and business leadership experience in the technology and energy industries.

She is a member of the Sustainable Buildings Working Group with the Clinton Global Initiative and frequently speaks at industry events like TiECon,Apps World and CONNECTIONS.

Corey Gates will oversee technology across all business units as chief technology officer.

Mr. Gates has more than 20 years of experience managing both hardware and software product lifecycles, and previously served as the senior vice president of engineering at Icontrol.
