Mr. Lovit joins the company from ATEME, S.A. where he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Americas. Mr. Lovit brings more than 25 years of sales leadership experience in the telecommunications and cable equipment markets. Prior to ATEME, S.A., Mr. Lovit served as VP of Worldwide Field Operations at Bivio Networks.

Mr. Lovit holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The Ohio State University.
Prior to Fortress, Mr, Deas was Vice President Product Solutions for Huawei Technologies. He joined Huawei after a 36-year career with AT&T. During his tenure at AT&T, Mr. Deas held positions within Southwestern Bell, Bellcore, and SBC, including operations, network, engineering, corporate strategy and AT&T Laboratories where he led the design and certification teams for AT&T’s IPTV service U-verse. ■
