Mr. O'Neill brings more than 30 years of technology industry experience to NeuralIQ. Mr. O'Neill serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Siemens Enterprise Communications GmbH & Co. and as Chief Executive Officer of CompuDyne Corp. He served as Chairman, and President of CompuDyne Corp.
Mr. O'Neill served as a Strategic Advisor of Northrop Grumman Corp. since May 2008 and joined it in 2002. He served as President of Information Technology sector of 2stems, Inc. from 2004 to 2008. Mr. O'Neill served as President of Logicon, Inc. He served as Corporate Vice President of Logicon, Inc. He served as President of Information Technology sector at Northrop Grumman Mission Systems Inc. (formerly, TRW Systems).
He served as President of the Information Technology sector at Northrop Grumman Corp. since May 1, 2004. He served as President of Information Technology at Northrop Grumman Corp., from February 2008 to May 1, 2008 and also its Corporate Vice President from May 1, 2004 to May 1, 2008. Mr. O'Neill served as Member of Corporate Policy Council at Northrop Grumman Corp. He served as President of TASC Inc., and he was responsible for matters pertaining to the development and customization of products and services provided to the U.S. government and commercial customers.
Mr. O'Neill directs one of the world's premier providers of advanced IT, Engineering and business solutions for government and commercial clients. Mr. O'Neill started his career at Sanders Associates, (now BAE Systems). Mr. O'Neill has been a leading executive in the high-technology industry for more than 20 years. Since 2000, Mr. O'Neill served Senior Vice President and General Manager of Oracle Services Industries, where he led it's sales and consulting groups in the worldwide communications and utilities sectors.
Mr. O'Neill served as an Officer of Lucent Technologies and as President of its Government Solutions business unit. He joined Lucent in January 1997 and served as a Vice President and General Manager of Digital Equipment Corporation's Federal Government Region. In that role he was responsible for the management and growth of Digital's government business worldwide. He was dedicated to partnering with the federal government by providing complex network solutions for all voice, video and data requirements within the worldwide federal market.
Mr. O'Neill directed Lucent's unique teaming relationship among various classified agencies of the federal government and the research and development arm of his organization at Bell Laboratories. He serves as Vice Chairman of the Board at Northern Virginia Technology Council. Mr. O'Neill serves as a Director of Tachyon Networks Incorporated. He has been a Director of Lee Technologies Inc., since September 18, 2007. ■
