He is a senior partner at Atlanta-based King & Croft LLP, a firm known for its dispute resolution work in civil matters through negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation in State and Federal courts and agencies. He has represented clients in nearly every type of dispute that arises in the course of doing business.
A leader in the legal community, Mr. Croft is a Founding Member of the Georgia Academy of Mediators & Arbitrators, and a fellow in the American College of Civil Trial Mediators. He is also registered as a neutral in arbitration, mediation and early neutral evaluation with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution. He is Past President of the Atlanta Bar Association and has chaired its Dispute Resolution Lawyers Section.
Mr. Croft has also served as Chair of the Dispute Resolution Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia, and serves on that organization’s Board of Governors.
Among his numerous honors, Mr. Croft has received the Watkins Award for Distinguished Service from the Atlanta Bar Association. He has been selected as a Georgia SuperLawyer each of the last five years, and was additionally honored by Georgia SuperLawyers as a Top 100 Lawyer in 2008 and 2009. He has also been recognized by Best Lawyers In America in the ADR category. ■
