Jefferies strengthens midstream energy investment banking

New York, USA - July 25, 2012, New York, USA - Jefferies, an investment banking firm, announced that Peter Bowden has joined the firm as a managing director and global head of midstream energy investment banking.

Mr. Bowden has more than 14 years of experience in the energy sector and joins Jefferies from Morgan Stanley, where he was Managing Director and Head of Midstream Energy Investment Banking, based in Houston. His career in Midstream Energy began in the legal profession at Andrews Kurth LLP, where he was principally focused on structuring master limited partnerships and negotiating Midstream transactions.
