John Lewis Partnership appoints Laura Wade-Gery as director

London, United Kingdom - September 12, 2017, London, United Kingdom - John Lewis Partnership, which operates John Lewis department stores and the Waitrose supermarket chain, has announced that Laura Wade-Gery is to be appointed as a non-executive director.

Ms. Wade-Gery has held a number of senior roles in the retail sector in the UK, having previously been a director at Tesco, and head of store and online operations at Marks & Spencer.

Ms. Wade-Gery was once tipped as a potential chief executive for M&S, but left the company in September last year.
