Ms. Dow has more than 20 years of patent experience in biotechnology and pharmaceutical issues including work as patent counsel for Eli Lilly and Company and Triton Biosciences. Ms. Dow's experience includes representing patent holders in an array of technologies including stem cells, recombinant technology, immunology (immunoassays), molecular biology, microbiology, and organic chemistry. In addition to handling complex litigation matters she has extensive experience in negotiating technology transfer contracts, licenses, research agreements, and settlement agreements for domestic and international clients.
Ms. Dow comes to Sughrue from the San Diego office of DLA Piper. Ms. Dow earned her bachelor's degree in Biology from Bowling Green State University and her J.D. from the Indiana University School of Law.
