Kenneth Sim new Centre Director (Doha) at IE Singapore

Qatar - April 5, 2009, Qatar - IE Singapore appointed Kenneth Sim as the new Centre Director (Doha).

Mr. Sim joined IE Singapore last year, and was overseeing the Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait markets at its HQ. Mr. Sim formerly worked at the Singapore Ministry of Trade & industry doing SME development policies and was the anchor person for the pro-enterprise initiative to implement the Online Business Licensing Service (OBLS), a one-stop licensing portal for Singapore start-ups and businesses to apply for licences from more than 30 government agencies.
