Kodak elects Douglas Edwards as senior vice president

Rochester, N.Y., USA - October 31, 2012, Rochester, N.Y., USA - Eastman Kodak Company announced that it has elected Douglas Edwards as a senior vice president of the company, effective October 26, 2012.

Mr. Edwards is President of the Digital Printing & Enterprise Group, a position to which he was named when Kodak realigned its management last month. His responsibilities include Packaging, Functional Printing, Electrophotographic Solutions, Inkjet Printing Solutions, Kodak Service Business, Consumer Inkjet Systems and Design 2 Launch.

Prior to being named to his current post, Mr. Edwards was General Manager of the Pre-Press Solutions business. Mr. Edwards joined Kodak in 2005 when the company acquired full control of a former joint venture with Sun Chemical. He managed R&D for the joint venture.
