Mr. Erskine was appointed Chairman in 2009 and will work with the Board on a suitable transition to the new Chairman.

He serves as the Chairman and Director at Ladbrokes Ltd. He has been the Chairman of O2 Plc since January 2006. He serves as the Chairman of Ladbrokes Betting & Gaming Limited. He has been the Chairman of Telefonica O2 Europe at Telefonica O2 Czech Republic since June 2007.
