Law Debenture managing director Caroline Banszky to retire

London, United Kingdom - June 13, 2016, London, United Kingdom - The Law Debenture Corporation, an investment company, announced that Caroline Banszky, managing director, will retire on August, 2016.

Ms. Banszky’s background is as a Chartered Accountant. She originally trained at what is now KPMG, before joining the industry.

Prior to joining Law Debenture, she was the Chief Operating Officer of SVB Holdings plc, now called Nova plc. Before that, she was Finance Director of N.M. Rothschild & Sons Limited.

Ms. Banszky was appointed to the board in January 2002 and became Managing Director on April 9, 2002. She is a non-executive director of 3i Group plc, the fees for which are remitted to Law Debenture.

Michael Adams will be appointed chief executive officer on the same date.

Mr. Adams joins Law Debenture from TMF Group where he has spent the last four years, latterly as its Global Head of Structured Finance Services, having previously been Regional Director, UK, Ireland and Channel Islands and prior to that, Managing Director UK.

Before joining TMF, Mr. Adams spent 10 years at BNY Mellon, initially as Finance Director of its operating company QSR Management and ultimately as Managing Director of the Structured Finance Group.
