Lockheed Martin announces new leadership appointments

Bethesda, Md., USA - November 19, 2014, Bethesda, Md., USA - Lockheed Martin announced the appointments of Patricia L. Lewis to SVP, human resources and Jennifer M. Whitlow to SVP, communications, effective January 1, 2015.




Ms. Lewis and Ms. Whitlow were also elected corporate officers.

Ms. Lewis has more than 25 years of experience in developing and implementing global human resources strategies. She joined Lockheed Martin in 2011 as vice president, Human Resources for the Electronic Systems business area and currently serves as the vice president, Human Resources for Information Systems & Global Solutions.

Before joining Lockheed Martin, she served in a variety of increasingly responsible positions at IBM and DuPont. Ms. Lewis holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Relations Management from the University of Bridgeport.

Ms. Whitlow brings more than 20 years of corporate communications and marketing experience to the role. She was appointed to her current position of vice president of Corporate Communications in 2013 and previously served as the Corporation’s vice president of Media Relations and chief spokesperson. ■
