Mr. Derochie has more than 30 years of experience in the Western Canadian oil & gas industry with a focus on reservoir engineering, production and enhanced oil recovery operations. He is a graduate of Queen’s University with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics and spent the first 20 years of his career with Amoco Canada.

Following Amoco, Mr. Lionel held senior business development engineering positions with Petrorep Resources, Northrock Resources and Ketch Resources where he developed a strong
background in mergers and acquisitions and where he had a direct hand in securing a number of corporate transactions. ■
